iFORCE BICYCLE LIMITED WARRANTY
iFORCE warrants the frame of each new iFORCE bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six years from the date of original purchase. Paint finish and all repair parts, replacement parts, and accessories, but not parts that are replaced during normal maintenance, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to bicycles and framesets purchased new from, and assembled by iFORCE or an authorized iFORCE dealer. In addition, for all name brand parts and accessories, any applicable manufacturer warranty also applies. Parts that are replaced during normal maintenance, and so are not covered by this warranty, include: tires, tubes, grips, seats, cables, and brake pads.

FREE 30-DAY REPAIR LABOR
If your iFORCE brand bicycle is found to be defective in materials, workmanship, or assembly within 30 days of purchase, it will be repaired for you without charge for labor or materials. To receive this service, simply bring your iFORCE brand bicycle to an Authorized iFORCE Dealer or Service Center, or return the bicycle to iFORCE. Please contact iFORCE for the name of a dealer or service center near you.

LIMITED REMEDY
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts with parts of equal or greater value, at the sole discretion of iFORCE. Unless within the free 30-day repair labor period, you will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements. IN NO EVENT SHALL iFORCE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

EXCLUSIONS
THE ABOVE WARANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE BICYCLE IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR THE BICYCLE IS USED FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL ACTIVITIES, INLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILING TO FOLLOW THE OWNER'S MANUAL (WHICH CALLS FOR A BREAK IN PERIOD OF 150 HOURS AND INSPECTION OF CABLES AND SPOKES THEREAFTER) OR USING THE BICYCLE FOR COMPETITIVE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BICYCLE RACING, BICYCLE MOTORCROSS RACING, STUNT RIDING, RAMP JUMPING OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND TRAINING FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS. iFORCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. iFORCE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, USAGE OR THE TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NONINFRINGMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Bring your bicycle, along with a purchase receipt or other proof of the date of original purchase, to iFORCE or an Authorized iFORCE Dealer or Service Center, or write to the Customer Service Department at: iFORCE, 912 Pittsburgh Rd., Butler, PA 16002. In the event that you must ship your bicycle to iFORCE for repair work, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ticket from Customer Service, and after the initial 30-day period from original purchase, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
